What's included in the Managed first cleanup?
Every fix identified in your Drift Scan is applied by hand in your POS and then verified by an automated sweep. If anything comes back wrong, we re-work it until it passes — included in the annual plan, no extra charge.
Why is remediation only available on the annual plan?
The included cleanup requires real work up front. Annual prepay puts the cash in before we start, so neither side is exposed. Month-to-month Managed ($129/loc/mo) is available but does not include the first cleanup.
Does MenuCanon write back to Toast automatically?
No. Toast is detect-and-prescribe only. MenuCanon surfaces every discrepancy in a structured audit report and generates a guided change list for your team to action. Automated write-back applies to Square and Clover.
How does the 30+ location discount work?
At 30 or more locations, a 15% discount applies automatically to all plan charges. The price is on the page — no quote call, no coupon code.
What is the Fix Pack credit?
If you start with a one-time cleanup ($149/location) instead of subscribing, 100% of that fee is credited toward a Managed or Sync annual plan started within 90 days. It acts as a deposit on a subscription.
